For Sumbal William, “Jesus Never Fails” is more than the name of a ministry. It is the testimony of her life.

Born and raised in Pakistan, Sumbal grew up in church and dreamed of studying abroad. That dream eventually brought her to the United States, but along the way she experienced the loss of her father and entered a long season of anxiety, depression, fear, and sleeplessness.

For nearly five years, she struggled to find healing. Through prayer, Scripture, and a growing hunger for God, healing slowly began to take place.

During Bible school, a visit to Times Square Church in New York City became a defining moment. During worship, she heard the words:

“You spoke the word and the chaos fell in line.”

The words spoke directly to the chaos she carried within. Her circumstances had not suddenly changed, but hope began to return.

After graduating, Sumbal began working in Philadelphia, where she encountered people facing poverty, addiction, broken families, disappointment, and shattered dreams. She began to understand that ministry is not only about telling people that Jesus loves them. Sometimes it means sitting with someone, listening, praying, encouraging, and helping meet a practical need.

In 2024, the words “Jesus Never Fails” began appearing in unexpected places: a keychain, a church, and even a small church building she saw from a bus. To Sumbal, they became a personal reminder:

All else may fail, but Jesus will not.

She began to realize that the dreams she had worked so hard to achieve could never heal the deepest places within her.

Jesus had become bigger than the dream.

That realization became the heartbeat of Jesus Never Fails Global.

JNF Global exists to help people encounter Jesus and experience His love—spiritually, emotionally, mentally, physically, relationally, and practically.

At the heart of the ministry is “Leaving the 99 for the One.” Sumbal knows what it feels like to be the one who needs someone to come closer, listen, care, and remind them that they have not been forgotten. This calling is rooted in the belief that every person matters to God and that no one should be overlooked or forgotten.

On September 18, 2024, Sumbal returned to Pakistan, leaving behind what she had built in the United States to follow where she believed God was leading. God was calling her back to her homeland for a new season of serving, helping, and sharing the Gospel.

Pakistan is where this calling is being lived out today, but the vision of JNF Global is not limited by borders. The desire is to follow God wherever He leads - to serve people, meet needs, share the hope of Jesus, and be a blessing wherever He opens the door. Whether in Pakistan or somewhere else around the world, the mission is to remain available to His calling rather than place limits on where He may lead.

What began as a personal journey of faith and healing has become a mission:

Jesus Never Fails.
